Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or consumed.

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

• The product was damaged during delivery.
• You received an incorrect item.
• Your order was cancelled before dispatch.
• A refund has been approved following our review of a damaged or defective product.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To qualify for a refund:
